In order to qualify for our meet or beat competitors pricing the competitors price must be a verifiable sale price on new current merchandise of the same brand/manfacturer and model. Closeout / Used / Discontinued merchandise does not qualify for the discounted price. |

| Credit Card Payments |

By accepting these terms when paying by credit card you are authorizing Clarke Sports to place a charge on your credit card for the amount of your purchase including shipping. Credit cards are accepted and processed through SSL a secure socket and any information you submit will be kept in the strictest confidence. |

| Remittance |
|
When remitting please place your name and invoice number on the check. Any returned check will incur a $20.00 charge. |

| Shipping |
|
Shipping charges are based on a flat shipping charge of $8.00 for UPS Ground orders totaling $30 or more. There is an additional small order fee of $3.00 for orders totaling less than $30. All orders that include court equipmentwill have a 10% shipping charge from the total purchase price of your order. There are no extra handling charges for shipping. Notice: There may be an additional shipping charge added in addition to any shipping charge in your shopping cart total if you are purchasing an item that is considerd to be excessive in weight or package size such as large court equipment. If you are ordering a large or heavy item and are unsure of the shipping charge please call our toll free number before purchasing. |

| Claims and Returns |

If an item reaches you in damaged condition notify the carrier and us at once. Please do not return damaged or broken merchandise to us unless you receive our instructions to do so. All claims must be made within 20 days of invoice date. No return merchandise can be accepted without authorization. |
