Return Policy

Return and Exchange Policies

Clarke Distributing accepts returns and exchanges on most products within thirty days of purchase date. Many of our products also come with a manufacturer's warranty as well.

Restocking fees are applied at the discretion of Clarke Distributing when the return is due to customer error or undue delay in returning items. If you return the product after the 30-day return period, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to Clarke Distributing on all returns and exchanges. No returns or exchanges are allowed without express written permission from Clarke Distributing. No returns will be allowed and will not be accepted without Clarke Distributing Return Authorization Numbers being issued to the customer prior to any items being returned.

Any order shortages or discrepancies must be reported within 20 days from ship date to file a claim.

Closeout/Clearance Items:

Items that are under a Closeouts/Clearance category or are marked as a "Closeout item" are returnable for credit or exchange within 10 days after the delivery date. No return or exchange beyond the 10 day period. Closeout items are any items priced at 35% off or more from retail price. All Closeouts priced at $9.99 or less are considered FINAL SALE merchandise and NOT eligible for return or credit.

 Return Process:

Follow these simple steps, and complete the form below: 

  1. Apparel must be returned unworn, unwashed and with the original tags still attached. No exceptions. 
  2. Shoes must be in brand new condition and returned in the original manufacturer’s shoe box. Do not place any shipping labels or tape on the manufacturer’s shoe box. Do Not Ship Them Back In The Manufacturer’s Shoe Box They Came In. 
  3. Racquets must be unused, plastic must be intact on the handle. All returned racquets strung at Clarke Distributing  will be credited, less the cost of string and $15 labor charge. 
  4. Send all Returns and Exchanges to: (Unless specified differently under Manufacturer’s Warranty Replacement instructions given by CST Customer Service Representatives.)

Clarke Distributing appreciates your business and continued support. We want you to be completely satisfied with your Clarke Distributing experience. We gladly accept all returns and exchanges on unused products in their original packaging (with tags attached) within 30 days of purchase. When returning or exchanging, include the appropriate form print fomr the link above with the reason for your return as well as any exchange instructions and all other information required.
