Shipping Information:

Clarke Sports Tennis endeavors to get all orders placed and complete (all items in stock to ship) by 2:00 PM CST shipped out the same day. The Clarke Sports Tennis Customer Service Department will contact customers via e-mail/phone if there are any shipping issues or delays. Immediate customer contact information is appreciated so orders don’t get delayed. Below are the basic shipping rates offered for the 48 contiguous United States:

Shipping Notes:

  • Select “Free Ground Shipping” at checkout if your pre-tax order total is $75.00 or more.
  • Free Shipping and Flat Rate Shipping is Valid in the 48 contiguous United States only. This does not apply to items being drop-shipped or backordered.
  • Orders for in-stock items received and complete by 2pm CST are shipped the same day.
  • **“Free Shipping Orders or Flat Rate Shipping Orders” must have an actual or dimensional weight of 12 lbs or less or additional shipping fees will apply. You will be notified by Customer Service if this is the case on any order.
  • **“Free Shipping” Cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions. Free Shipping Does not apply to demo racquet shipments.
  • **“Free Shipping” is excluded on all Closeout Items, Backorders, Oversized, Heavy, or Drop-Shipped items (things like cases of tennis balls, demo racquets, stringing/ball machines, court equipment, etc).
  • **“Free Shipping Offer” is not retroactive on any prior purchases.

Allow up to 4 business days for UPS Ground Delivery from date shipped.

Stated Ground and Air rates do not apply to oversize/overweight items. This would include things like: cases of tennis balls, ball machines, stringing machines, ball baskets, court equipment…any unusually large/heavy items. Shipping rates/charges will be displayed on the order processing page or customers will be contacted by a CST Customer Service Representative via e-mail/phone regarding any additional fees.

Orders ship during usual business hours 9:00AM – 5:00PM CST Monday – Friday. Nothing ships on Saturday, Sunday, or any National Holiday. Overnight orders shipped on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Saturday Delivery is offered; contact CST Customer Service for rates by phone at 1-800-777-3444 or via e-mail at for any additional information.

Customer In-Store Pickup

Houston customers may choose to do an In Store Pickup as an online option. Orders placed and complete by 2PM will be ready for pick up by 4:30PM the same day. Customers will be contacted before then if there are any issues. Please be sure we have a cellphone number to contact you on in case of delays. Please note that orders containing only tennis string require a minimum of 6 sets or a $3 handling fee may be added to the order.

International Shipping

Canada, Mexico, and all other International Orders:

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, APO Addresses, Canada, Mexico, or any other global destination beyond the contiguous 48 United States will be quoted on an order by order basis.
