Warranty Information
Warranty Policy: For Racquets, Shoes, Bags, Apparel, Eyewear, Ball Machines, Stringing Machines, and all applicable forms of Court Equipment, use the procedures outlined below:
Include the following information with all warranty returns after the return is authorized:
(Items will NOT BE ACCEPTED without Return Authorization Numbers included.)
- Copy of original invoice. (We can provide a copy if you need one.)
- Tell us what the problem is with the product.
- Your Name and Return Address as it appears in our records for the order.
- Please Allow 4-6 weeks for the entire warranty process to complete.
(On all CST shoe returns, make sure to keep your shipper’s tracking number so that we can more easily track the progress of your return and help you more effectively.)
Racquet Warranty Procedures
RACQUET WARRANTY
All new tennis racquets have a one-year manufacturer’s warranty and replacements are at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. Frames showing signs of racquet abuse may not be replaced. The following manufacturers ask that the racquets be returned directly to them from the consumer: Head, Prince, Yonex, and Wilson. The CST Customer Service Department can assist you in getting them sent back easily. Call 1-800-777-3444 for added assistance.
Babolat and Dunlop racquets are required to be returned through the retailer, so these brands need to be sent back to Clarke Sports Tennis for warranty return. Contact Customer Service at 1-800-777-3444 for a Warranty Return Authorization Number and we will assist you in completing the process. The normal completion process takes from 4-6 weeks, and can be longer depending on the backlog at any given manufacturer, which is beyond our control.
If it is determined by the manufacturer that your racquet is defective, Clarke Sports Tennis will string your replacement racquet free of charge with the original string ordered (excluding natural gut). We will also credit back the return shipping charges incurred to the customer upon replacement due to manufacturer’s defect.
You can purchase a new tennis racquet while your defective racquet is being considered for replacement, with the understanding that if it is replaced, you will be credited for the current selling price and Clarke Sports Tennis will keep the replacement shipped directly to us from the manufacturer.
In the event the manufacturer decides not to replace the racquet, it will be returned to you along with an explanation from the manufacturer. In this case the charge for the new “interim” racquet will stand and the non-replaced racquet will be destroyed or sent back to the customer at their discretion. All “Warranty Denied” racquets will be treated as forfeited and will be appropriately disposed of if unclaimed for 30 days by the customer.

Shoe Warranty Procedures
All manufacturers’ shoe warranties vary from brand to brand. Specific warranty conditions apply to different models with more detailed info provided by some manufacturers included product information tags. Some shoes carry a 6-month outsole guarantee and others just general defects in workmanship coverage. If your shoes have a problem or seem to wear through prematurely, contact one of our CST Customer Service Reps and they will help you decide on the best course of action. Babolat
Babolat shoes that have a 6 month outsole guarantee. The included warranty card will explain the provisions of the Babolat warranty process for all Babolat warranty shoe returns.
Babolat shoes must to be sent directly to Babolat using the warranty card included in the box at the time of purchase. The Babolat Warrant Card has detailed directions on how to proceed. If you have any questions, contact CST Customer Service at 1-800-777-3444.
Please allow 6-8 weeks for Babolat response time.

All Head tennis shoes have a 6 month rubber outsole warranty. Hey come with a warranty return card included in the box with the shoes. Fill it out and return it with the shoes to the below address:

If CST feels it warrants a return, a Return Authorization Number will be sent via e-mail. Write the RA# on the outside of the return shipping box.
